The Grant Management Solutions project (GMS) was started in 2007 with U.S. Government funding to provide urgent solutions to countries experiencing bottlenecks in their Global Fund grants.

GMS staff and consultants, through their work with partner agencies and their projects, have been working with Global Fund grants since the inception of the Global Fund itself. This collective experience allows the GMS team—through this unparalleled project—to provide a firm commitment to the ideals of the Global Fund, a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience, and a relentless belief that these deadly diseases can be beaten.
